1. Products & Handmade Items

- All press-on nails are handmade with care, so slight variations in color, shape, placement, and design may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each set unique.

2. Nail Sizing

- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes when placing an order. Please carefully follow our sizing instructions before ordering.

- We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Orders and Payment

- Please make sure all shipping, contact, and order information is correct before completing your purchase.

- Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order had already been processed.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

4. Processing and Shipping

- Orders are handmade and require processing time before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

- Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

- Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.

- If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a week of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can determine the best way to assist you.

6. Custom Orders

- Custom Orders may have different processing times and pricing depending on the design requested.

-Please male sure all custom order details are correct before approving your design. Once a custom order had entered production, changes may not be possible.

7. Nail Care and Wear

- Press-on nails are temporary beauty product. Proper application and removal are important for maintaining the nails and protecting your natural nails.

- We are not responsible for damage to natural nails resulting from improper application, removal, excessive wear, or failure to follow the provided application and removal instructions.

- All photos, designs, descriptions, logos, graphics, and other content on this website belong to Cheeky Nails unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
